iTunes Festival

Justin Timberlake, Phoenix, Queens of the Stone Age, Primal Scream, and Jessie J will grace the stage at this year’s iTunes Festival in London (via the Hollywood Reporter). The free concert series will host performances at the Roundhouse venue every night throughout September. Other performers confirmed for the 30-day showcase include 30 Seconds to Mars, Jake Bugg, and Jack Johnson, along with many others that will be announced in the coming weeks. The final lineup is expected to feature more than 60 acts.
Tickets are only available to U.K. residents and are distributed through a lottery system that fans can enter at the event’s official website. Apple users can watch the shows live or afterwards via computer, iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, or Apple TV.
Last year’s iTunes Festival boasted live sets from Jack White, Lana Del Rey, the Killers, Usher, David Guetta, Ellie Goulding, Muse, and Mumford & Sons.
Kanye West’s ‘New Slaves’ premieres
‘Ye released the first single from his forthcoming LP by projecting audio and video on the sides of buildings across the world, including Chicago’s Wrigley Field and New York’s 5th Avenue Prada store (his site includes a map of times and locations). Fans took to the streets to watch the video in cities across the globe such as Paris, Berlin, and Sydney. Take a look at video from Brooklyn above. Album release is rumored to be June 18. I also hear rumors that it’s Frank Ocean singing at the end…

Perfection again! Solange proves she can rock a neutral gown just as fabulously as her usual bold colors & prints. In Stéphane Rolland at Cannes Opening Ceremonies.
This is like a mash up of three of my favorites things — Clueless, Paris is Burning & Solange’s ‘Losing You’ video! I’m dying!
